Dear Mountain View:

When I returned back to my office last week from one of our many fall conferences, I began my usual task of writing to the hoteliers and thanking them for their outstanding service. Without their support and attention to the details, our conferences would not be the success they are.

While writing those letters, I got to thinking: What about our suppliers that also took such good care of us during this meeting season.
